Infants & Toddlers
Our goal is to provide a safe, healthy, happy environment for the youngest members of our congregation. We want you to feel confident in leaving your children with us while you attend worship services or Adult Forum.
The St. John's Nursery and Toddler Room are typically staffed by paid, trained childcare workers and a parent volunteer. We strive to work together with parents to provide high quality care for your child.
What to expect in the Nursery
The Nursery is for newborns through 24 months. In the Nursery your child will play with toys, be read to and listen to music. We have porta-cribs for naptime or quiet play. Please be sure to bring bottles, extra diapers and a change of clothes. Comfort items, such as blankets, pacifiers and stuffed animals are also welcome.
What to Expect in the Toddler Room
The Toddler Room is for children ages 2 years through 4 years. In the Toddler Room your child will play with toys, be read to, listen to music, participate in a craft and have a snack. The crafts will be messy so please keep this in mind when dressing for church. We would rather you did not bring toys from home unless your child is willing to share.
