Hybrid Bible Study

On Febrary 26 we will finish up our study of Luke (Luke 23–24 - The Passion and Resurrection).


Beginning March 12, our weekly Bible study will look at the passion narratives in all four gospels using Amy-Jill Levine’s book Entering the Passion of Jesus. How do we understand the overall narrative, its characters, the historical context and how it impacts our lives today?

Our Favorite Heresies, or Theology 101

March 9, 16, and 30 at 9:15 am in Shears Hall

Who is God? How do we understand Jesus as both human and divine? What is the Trinity and its relationship to the church? What is the line between orthodoxy and heresy? Join us for this series of Sunday morning Forums exploring the key questions of our theology and the debates that shaped them through the lens of the heresies and controversies of church history.

Day Trippers Excursion

Folger Shakespeare Library and Theatre

Join the Day Trippers for a tour of he Folger Shakespeare Library and Theatre. We will tour of the newly renovated building, view the 82 First Folios, and have lunch in their Quill & Crumb cafe, in the Tudor great hall.


The Museum’s collection of Shakespeare Folios is free to view and is estimated to take 30–45 minutes to enjoy.

Caring Close Knit Crafters (CCKC)

The prayer shawl ministry has expanded! Knitters, crocheters, sewers, and crafters of all sorts gather on the 2nd Thursday of each month, sharing creative ideas and inspiration. KIRKS AND CATHEDRALS

A Pilgrimage to Edinburgh, Scotland, and the English Lake Country

April 30–May 9, 2025


In five days in Edinburgh, we will explore expressions of our Episcopal and Anglican faith, including historic connections to the Episcopal Church of Scotland and the Church of Scotland (Presbyterian). Our tour includes visits to museums, castles, and historic sites in Scotland and England, as well as free time to explore the treasures of the area. We will enjoy a literary landscape which inspired generations of writers, including Wordsworth, Sir Walter Scott, the Brontes, and Beatrix Potter.
