New Choir Model at St. John’s

The St. John’s Choir has transitioned to a Sunday-only commitment model, with rehearsal from 8:55 to 10:05 am on Sunday mornings before worship at 10:15.

We still rehearse anthems several weeks in advance. Pre-marked scores are available at church and online, for those who would like extra preparation time at home. And, in the lead-ups to Christmas and Holy Week, we will schedule two additional non-Sunday rehearsals.

• No more driving in rush hour traffic
• No more night driving
• Childcare available for younger parents during Sunday rehearsals
• Attractive for high schooler participation
